Hardpressed begins where Hardwired left off. Following Blake and Erica as they try their hardest to make their relationship work. Both of these characters have complicated pasts that are still effecting them in the present, but no matter what they're making it work. Hardpressed shows the next chapter of their relationship as they come across challenges they didn't know were coming. How they face these challenges and hard choices makes for a book that will have you on the edge of your seat. It's definitely a page turner.

Hardpressed truly shows how great of an author Meredith is. The way these characters develop over the course of this book is simply amazing, and will have you wanting to laugh, cry, scream, and smile, hell even throw your kindle.
Let me just say there is A LOT of things that happen that I NEVER anticipated. I swear your jaw will be on the floor, and you'll be trying to turn the pages even faster. Amazing, truly AH-MAZING! I know I'm pretty vague, but I don't want to spoil anything. Just pick it up and read it yourself. I love love love this series.

Meredith does a superb job at keeping the pace of the story going, while ensuring that you deeply care for the characters she's created. Reading Blake and Erica's story in both Hardwired and Hardpressed is something you don't want to miss out on. These characters and this book will have you dying to read more. Hell I'm sitting here wanting more. Can I have more Meredith Wild? There is also a plethora of new characters in this story that you will love. Wild does a great job of creating and maintaining a cast of characters you'll truly adore.
