I received an ARC of Beautiful Dreams in exchange for an honest review.
Beautiful Dreams is the 3rd book in the Beautiful series. I read the first two in the series Beautiful Chances and My Beautiful, so I knew what to expect coming into this one. I must say this…Alicia did an amazing job at ending Lily & Kyle's story. It was beautiful and of course there had to be some drama in there. I had a few issues with Lily as I always do, I mean she's just too hesitant when it comes to their relationship. She knows she loves this man to the moon and back, yet she is always second guessing and over thinking. Kinda makes you want to smack some sense into her. LOL. Although Kyle Mr. Alpha Male does that all too well.
It was great to see their characters growing and it was a pleasant surprise to have Kyle open up to her about his past. It of course makes me emotional due to the fact that my husband and my brother both serve in the Military. Hearing their stories is always rough, so of course I had a personal connection when it came to that part in the story.
" I know we still have so much to learn about one another, but it will never change the way I feel about you. I once told you that you had my heart, and that part will never change."
I still adore Lily's family beyond words. I wish I was super close to my cousins as she is. I use to be when I was younger. I love the way that Alicia sets up the characters for us to make us want to know more. That's right I said it LOL she's purposely making us want to know more of the story. Luckily will be getting it in the 4th book.
So, like I said earlier I love the way that Alicia ended Kyle and Lily's story. She kinda had me wanting to know what happened after BUT I have a feeling will be getting some tid bits in the next book!? *crossing my fingers* This is a really great series, and I can't wait to read more. Thanks again for the great read. <3
I rate Beautiful Dreams 4.5 stars.
