{Review} Falling For You Part 2 by Danielle Taylor

Follow Nicholas and Julia through the rest of their wedding day... Will they? Or won't they?

Julia Burns can’t remember a day in her life when she didn’t have to work. So the ad in the paper sounds perfect to her – even if she does have to marry a complete stranger.

Nicholas Steele isn’t used to being around people since the accident that left him disfigured. Having a permanent house guest isn’t his idea of fun, however, the press would have a field day if they found he and his new wife weren’t residing together.

On paper, their ‘fake’ marriage fits both their needs, giving Nicholas a wife and Julia the security she's always dreamed of having. In reality, every moment Nicholas and Julia spend together brings them closer to falling for each other.

As I'm sure you have already read Part 1. If not STOP and GO read it!!! 

Part 2 opens up right after Nicholas and Julia got married. They were in the maze and Nicholas was waiting for Julia to explain herself. Of course she does and that leads to Julia telling him about her mother and foster parents. Nicholas tells her he just doesn't have time for any of this and how she knew what she was getting into once she agreed to the marriage. *sigh* This man is so hard headed! Julia then asks what's next pictures? Before leaving the maze they got in another heated discussion, which had Charles suggesting they go and freshen up before pictures. Nicholas walks away and Julia heads over to a bench slightly hidden from view. Enjoying a few minutes to herself is something she needed. Julia kicks off her shoes due to her feet starting to hurt. Then Nicholas' brother walks up to her and asks "Already thinking about the terrible mistake you made?" He introduces himself as Nathan Steele. Nathan says some very horrible things about Nicholas and Julia is having none of it. She puts her foot down and says this:

“I would have hoped that, by now, you would have learned some good conduct.” In her stocking feet, Julia rose to her full height without breaking eye-contact. “I may be unaware of the relationship you have with your brother, my husband–” she enunciated the word by jabbing a finger into his chest. “–but if I ever hear you repeat those horrible words again, consider yourself unwelcome in our home and our lives. Do I make myself clear?”  

Julia had no idea Nicholas had been listening the entire time. Nicholas thanks her and they end up having a bonding moment :) That is until the Photographer had to come and interrupt. They took several pictures. While dancing she told Nicholas that she could fake that she had a headache so the night could end sooner. That's exactly what she did. Even though at this point Nicholas isn't wanting the night to end. They had to cut the cake before they were allowed to leave. Turns out Julia really did have a tension headache. He carried her through the maze and up to her room. She ended up falling asleep in his arms, and something inside of him melted and considered laying down next to her for a moment. When Nicholas arrived at her room he laid her gently on her bed, although she wouldn't let go of him. It was dark enough so he took his mask off and laid beside her. Oh Em Gee What is going to happen???

Julia awakes before Nicholas and once he realizes it freaks and pulls a pillow in front of his face. He tells her not to look and he was going to leave. She pulled the pillow down and told him not to hide from her. SOOOOO SWEET! He was all grumbly face and said something along the lines of "You want to see the beast fine" I have a feeling he was hoping she would scream and tell him to leave, although that's not what she did. Oh Julia is going to break all his walls down. Nicholas ended up snapping and leaving the room. Julia began to weep when she felt someone behind her helping get the tiara out of her hair. 

There is some very intimate details after which I won't spoil. You'll have to read for yourself, trust me you won't regret it. 

"Breathless and spent, she expelled a contented sigh and drifted to sleep in his arms while Nicholas enjoyed the moment. There would be plenty of time to consider work and the rest of his life with Julia later. For now, he just wanted to hold her." 

My Thoughts:

What did I think? I thought I need a tissue. Part 2 has pulled at my heart strings. I am in love with Julia and Nicholas. They are perfect for each other. I'm so happy to find that Nicholas realized she isn't like every other woman out there. Their fake marriage I feel is going to be turned into a real one. I mean he's thinking about pregnancy! :) EEEEKKKK 

Seriously though, I really do love this story. It's a mixture of tragedy and romance. Both of them have had horrible things happen to them, which have made them who they are today. Julia is a woman who's strong, kind, and loving yet her self esteem is very low. Nicholas is a man who throws himself into his work and NEVER lets anyone get close. He's been scarred and used by too many people. 

I felt many things while reading this. Anger, Sadness, Happiness, Relief. So when does Part 3 come out?? Cause i'm so dying to know what happens next with these two.
