This actually wasn't a bad read at all. It was easy to get through, and it didn't hurt there was a nerdy alpha male. :)
It's about a girl (Brooke) who hasn't found the right man to make her see what love actually is. She dates bad boys and douche bags. Around town by the older people she's known as a whore. Of course there is a lot more to Brooke that meets the eye. She is sweet, caring, and would do anything for you. Alex a new man in town is the one to see past what everyone else can. He wants to show her what a real man is like.
In order for her to find the right man her friends come up with a list. 5 rules to date. If a man can't do all 5 of those things, then Brooke can't date him. Alex wants to do everyone of those rules and so much more. He's really good for her. Although past relationships and certain people in the community aren't having it. Will it be enough to push them apart or can they withstand the outside pressure?
Brooke is all confidence always has been, that is until Alex comes around and he makes her nervous and doubt a lot of things about herself. It's cute and to be honest pretty real in my opinion.
I loved Alex, I mean why wouldn't I? He's a principal at an elementary school. He is nerdy and all Alpha. Can't go wrong with an Alpha. :)
I rate Bad Girlfriend 3.5 stars.
